- 5+ years of related work experience in Paid Search
- Managing monthly campaign budgets $250k+
- Understanding and implementation of competitive reporting tools
- Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Google Ads (Fundamentals & Advanced) Certifications
- Experience working in Google Analytics/ GA4
- Experience with paid search platforms like Marin, Kenshoo, SA360
What the job involves
- Plan, design, and operate Paid Search campaigns including keyword and ad text creation, tracking set-up, and QA
- Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, A/B testing, and optimizations
- Communicate with clients and mentor junior team members with minimal oversight
