- Registered social worker
- Social work qualification
- Experience in panel work
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice
- Knowledge of therapeutic care
- IT literate
- Able to use Microsoft Teams
- Commitment to children in care outcomes
- Available for at least 15 days per year
- Able to attend 75% of panel meetings
- Willing to travel for occasional meetings and training
- Enhanced DBS clearance

Day to day
- Attend fostering panel meetings and review case papers carefully before discussion
- Contribute informed recommendations on each case using professional and personal experience
