• Answer a broad range of inbound calls regarding benefit enrollment verify tech and active enrollment inquiries in a professional and positive manner
• Assist with benefit enrollment related questions and thoroughly document call details
• Ensure compliance in all areas by accurately processing transactions in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service to clients using strong interpersonal skills
