Requirements
- 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal oversight
- Proven adaptability across multiple industries or client environments
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in a fully remote setting
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus

Day to day
- Own full life-cycle recruiting for multiple clients across diverse industries from kickoff through offer acceptance.
- Write revise and post tailored job descriptions and screen candidates through resume review phone screens and initial video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews gather hiring manager feedback maintain strong candidate engagement and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced remote environment.
