Requirements

  • Completed 3rd year of college as a rising senior with a major in Human Resources Communications Organizational Design or another Business focus
  • Basic knowledge of recruiting components including sourcing candidate development qualifying networking assessing compensation trends client and candidate management
  • Experience researching talent pools through networking internet research outreach and warm or cold calling
  • Excellent project management writing and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a large fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a complex matrixed environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Strong initiative and sound judgment
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and email
  • Ability to quickly learn systems processes and procedures
  • Demonstrated agility flexibility and resourcefulness in ambiguous scenarios

Day to day

  • Support the Professional Recruiting team by partnering with leadership and HR Business Partners on position requirements and search strategy.
  • Manage candidate workflows with care while helping develop sourcing strategies to identify and assess top talent.
  • Contribute to long-term talent pipelining and recruiting support across a fast-paced Talent Acquisition environment.
