- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of training retail accounting or customer service experience
- Experience in retail operations training cash handling accounting loss prevention or guest service
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Ability to present comprehensive training in a friendly empathetic and helpful manner
- Strong communication skills with flexibility to adapt style to client needs
- Ability to troubleshoot systems process and device performance issues
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including split shifts early mornings and evenings
- Must be willing and able to travel as needed
