Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consultancies professional services and/or software companies with a strong focus on banking technology
- Experience in corporate banking particularly global transaction banking cash management and payments
- Proven experience shaping or leading large-scale transformation programs implementation modernization
- Ability to translate complex banking landscapes into executable transformation concepts
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to support complex presales pursuits
- Experience with SAP products is a strong plus
Day to day
- Lead presales engagements to design feasible transformation solution visions and delivery roadmaps for large financial institutions
- Translate complex banking requirements into realistic transformation paths across operating models data processes regulatory constraints and platform architecture
- Advise clients on transformation readiness risks dependencies and change implications while acting as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders
- Shape multi-year roadmaps for payments core banking cash management and related transformation programmes
- Lead co-design sessions architecture workshops and partner orchestration and identify key risks early in the presales lifecycle
