Day to day

  • Design engaging adult learning experiences that build participants’ ability to lead design work
  • Facilitate sessions that spark reflection shift mindsets and drive action and ownership
  • Create practical tools guides templates and learning assets that help partners apply community-based design independently
  • Collaborate with external partners to co-design experiences provide feedback and adjust support as readiness changes
