Day to day
- Design engaging adult learning experiences that build participants’ ability to lead design work
- Facilitate sessions that spark reflection shift mindsets and drive action and ownership
- Create practical tools guides templates and learning assets that help partners apply community-based design independently
- Collaborate with external partners to co-design experiences provide feedback and adjust support as readiness changes
