Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish with professional reading writing and speaking ability
- BA degree required MA preferred in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of nonprofit program or development experience
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word Outlook and Excel
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability to build relationships and work diplomatically with diverse partners
- Outstanding verbal written and interpersonal communication skills

Day to day
- Manage and grow relationships with international distribution partners and gift-in-kind suppliers
- Serve as the primary contact for an assigned partner portfolio while coordinating communication strategy scheduling documentation and needs
- Support partner compliance onboarding reporting and performance tracking through close collaboration with internal teams and overseas contractors
- Identify new partnership opportunities and contribute to long-term growth plans that expand the organization’s global reach
- Prepare reports dashboards and impact stories that strengthen leadership decision-making marketing and development efforts
