- 10+ years in a customer-facing engineering role such as solutions architect solution consultant or sales engineer
- Strong technical acumen in API integrations SaaS platforms and enterprise architectures
- Experience working with technology partner ecosystems and payment solutions
- Understanding of financial infrastructure industry trends and emerging technologies
- Experience co-selling and co-solutioning with go-to-market partners
- Executive engagement skills and presence with key decision-makers
- Group facilitation skills and confidence leading customer meetings
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture
- Outstanding spoken and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn Stripe solutions such as Payments Connect Issuing and more
- Ability to understand enterprise applications like ERP CRM Billing Tax and legacy systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strategic and creative thinker with a positive approach to obstacles

Day to day
- Provide technical guidance to Stripe technology partners and act as a technical liaison to the Partner Development Manager.
- Build consultative relationships with executives and technical decision-makers to deliver thought leadership and trusted advisory support.
- Develop technical business plans, enablement plans, and solution strategies that identify, incubate, and launch partner offerings built on Stripe.
- Lead deep technical discussions, create partner-focused content, support sales opportunities, and communicate progress internally through QBRs.
