Requirements
- Significant experience in event ticketing or live entertainment
- Proven account management experience with complex B2B stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with one or more ticketing platforms
- Confidence learning new tools and understanding configuration impacts
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and dashboards to interpret data
- Able to capture requirements flows and decisions in simple language
- Strong general IT literacy with Google Workspace Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Bachelor’s degree diploma certificate or 5+ years relevant experience
- Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally internationally
- Flexibility in local working hours to align with partner needs

Day to day
- Own a portfolio of strategic partners and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across regions.
- Lead onboarding and expansion projects while coordinating Product Business Development and Engineering to deliver smooth adoption.
- Use dashboards and partner feedback to spot risks improve performance and protect revenue through practical recommendations.
- Act as a senior escalation point during onsales and key events and help prevent repeat issues through root cause analysis.
- Capture the voice of the partner and feed structured insight into product discussions playbooks and best practice improvements.
