  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and dashboards to interpret data
  • Able to capture requirements flows and decisions in simple language
  • Strong general IT literacy with Google Workspace Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Bachelor’s degree diploma certificate or 5+ years relevant experience
  • Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally internationally
  • Flexibility in local working hours to align with partner needs

Day to day

  • Own a portfolio of strategic partners and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across regions.
  • Lead onboarding and expansion projects while coordinating Product Business Development and Engineering to deliver smooth adoption.
  • Use dashboards and partner feedback to spot risks improve performance and protect revenue through practical recommendations.
  • Act as a senior escalation point during onsales and key events and help prevent repeat issues through root cause analysis.
  • Capture the voice of the partner and feed structured insight into product discussions playbooks and best practice improvements.
