Who you are

• 5-7 years in Technical Support or similar role in a software company
• 3+ years at SaaS or security vendor in consultancy or advisory role
• Understand technical aspects of complex systems
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with enterprise-level customer support
• Willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Time management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows server platforms
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support
• Working knowledge of CyberArk products
• Follow documented KCS best practices

What the job involves

• Provide front-line technical support for enterprise customers and partners through web, phone, and email
• Resolve technical problems related to CyberArk product line of IT Security and Privileged Access Management solutions
• Support customers by researching, reproducing, and troubleshooting issues using acquired knowledge
• Develop and review knowledge sharing content for both internal and customer-facing platforms
• Collaborate with global support colleagues and other departments to ensure customers and company success
