Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years in partnerships business development or alliances
  • Experience building a partnership program from early stage
  • Technically fluent with integrations and YAML configs
  • Strong commercial instincts and deal structuring ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • German or French is a plus

Day to day

  • Build the partner program from scratch, defining tiers, benefits, co-marketing, referral mechanics, certification requirements, onboarding, and co-sell rules of engagement.
  • Sign and activate technology partners by identifying targets, leading negotiations, coordinating technical integrations, and aligning joint go-to-market plans.
  • Develop consulting and SI partnerships, including partner mapping, enablement, training, certifications, demo environments, and joint account planning.
  • Drive ecosystem growth through the partner catalog, co-marketing campaigns, case studies, webinars, and community cross-pollination.
  • Operate with rigor by maintaining a healthy partner pipeline, running quarterly reviews, and reporting partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
