Proven track record of exceeding partner/channel and alliance revenue targets
Deep knowledge of the martech landscape including innovations and industry-leading strategies
Exceptional interpersonal skills for clear communication and persuasive negotiation
Analytical mindset for interpreting market insights and making data-driven decisions
Proven track record in management roles to cultivate talent and create a positive, high-achieving team environment
Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 30% of work time)

What the job involves
Drive strategic collaboration that amplifies our growth by implementing, scaling, and optimising our partnership program aligning it with company goals while boosting ARR through initiatives with BPOs, key agency, and technology partners
Build and nurture long-term partnerships by managing the entire process from finding leads to closing deals
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to integrate partner products and create joint marketing efforts
Create engaging content to educate on AI in customer experience and represent the company at industry events
Use metrics and reports to refine partnership approaches and identify opportunities for business expansion into new industries and regions.
