What the job involves

  • Providing patient care through written and verbal communication delivering a WOW end-to-end experience
  • Assisting with doctors’ clinical work including communication with other healthcare professionals and administrative tasks
  • Recording and escalating complaints and incidents appropriately
  • Facilitating communication between ZAVA and its patients labs and partner pharmacies
  • Collaborating within the Patient Care Team to ensure consistent and efficient care across all locales
  • Regularly reviewing personal performance to improve effectiveness both individually and as part of the team and wider company
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements including CQC compliance performing office-based administrative duties including reception desk support
