  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes
  • Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy with financial operational and student data

  • Comfort with routine operational tasks and process improvement mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and incomplete information

Day to day

  • Manage and process student payments with high accuracy across schedules billing records and partner systems
  • Support loan operations by reviewing eligibility coordinating documentation and maintaining records through approval
  • Maintain and validate payment data reconcile transactions and resolve payment issues to protect data integrity
  • Process student documentation manage refunds and collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows and student experience
