  • 5+ years of progressive payroll experience with ADP
  • Business proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll
  • Excellent understanding of California payroll laws and regulations
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
