Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university
- 5+ years of related experience and/or training
- 5+ years of progressive payroll experience with ADP
- Business proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
- Strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll
- Excellent understanding of California payroll laws and regulations
- Expert in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Day to day
- Oversee daily payroll and benefits administration across multiple business units with accuracy and urgency
- Manage multi-state U.S. payroll processing including taxes deductions bonuses garnishments and 401(k) transactions
- Coordinate HR support activities such as onboarding open enrollment leave administration reporting and system optimization while maintaining compliance and strong internal controls
