  • Proven experience managing payroll across multiple jurisdictions including the UK and EU
  • Strong understanding of different payroll and regulatory environments
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Comfortable using HRIS platforms ideally HiBob
  • Experience improving scalable lifecycle processes
  • Able to handle detailed hands-on work with care and precision
  • Analytical and proactive with a focus on process improvement
  • Strong communicator able to explain payroll and benefits legislation clearly

Day to day

  • Own and execute payroll across the UK and EU while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Act as the technical expert for pay and benefits, improving processes, building automation, and supporting compensation reviews.
  • Administer HiBob as the central HRIS, protect data integrity, produce reports, and coordinate benefits operations and employee queries.
