Requirements
- Proven experience managing payroll across multiple jurisdictions including the UK and EU
- Strong understanding of different payroll and regulatory environments
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Comfortable using HRIS platforms ideally HiBob
- Experience improving scalable lifecycle processes
- Able to handle detailed hands-on work with care and precision
- Analytical and proactive with a focus on process improvement
- Strong communicator able to explain payroll and benefits legislation clearly

Day to day
- Own and execute payroll across the UK and EU while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Act as the technical expert for pay and benefits, improving processes, building automation, and supporting compensation reviews.
- Administer HiBob as the central HRIS, protect data integrity, produce reports, and coordinate benefits operations and employee queries.
