Requirements
- Experience supporting multiple product suites and modules in technical environments
- Experience supporting Payroll or Human Resources software processes and systems in a technical capacity
- Technical experience in SQL scripting database systems web applications and cloud infrastructure
- Experience delivering high-impact service during tight payroll close cycles
- Experience managing escalations and setting realistic customer expectations
- Experience conducting virtual troubleshooting sessions and screen-sharing with customers
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship

Day to day
- Resolve highly complex payroll system issues across product functionality configuration tax compliance and technical environments
- Conduct in-depth analysis testing and debugging to diagnose and fix customer-reported problems with precision
- Provide proactive professional communication and coordinate cross-functional troubleshooting to reduce payroll disruptions and maintain compliance
- Mentor junior team members and translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
