- Experience managing escalations and setting realistic customer expectations
- Experience conducting virtual troubleshooting sessions and screen-sharing with customers
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship

- Resolve highly complex payroll system issues across product functionality configuration tax compliance and technical environments

- Mentor junior team members and translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
