- CIPD level 5
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Proven experience in providing HR advice
- Previous experience in a HR generalist role
- Experience of Management Information production

What the job involves
- Work with the Board and Senior Managers to deliver strategic Human Resource initiatives
- Work with all Managers on coaching, performance management, processes, development and guidance
- Support in Employee Relation cases such as Disciplinary, Grievance, Mediation, Probation reviews
- Deliver HR induction training for new starters
- Responsible for booking Hubs across the UK and management of CyberLab events
