Day to day
- Collaborate with Operations and Divisional Directors to develop and execute employee engagement strategies.
- Act as a pivotal figure in enhancing company culture and increasing employee retention.
- Provide proactive regional support and champion organizational values within business operations.
- Lead people projects from initiation to impact measurement and support high-risk cases.
