What the job involves

  • Deliver on longer term strategy while managing processes and structure.
  • Coach managers and individuals to be their best.
  • Partner and advise at senior levels representing the face of the business externally.
  • Contribute to strategy and manage processes and budgets.
  • Provide HR partnering at all levels and deliver key processes like performance reviews and recruitment.
