Requirements
- 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience
- Consumer goods food & beverage or mission driven background preferred
- Proven independent handling of employee relations matters
- Hands-on performance management experience including reviews calibrations and pay-for-performance
- Strong manager coaching instincts
- Ability to broker across L&D Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with SOX-related people process controls
- Proficiency with HRIS and PM tools
- PHR SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP a plus
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite Outlook Slack and similar tools
- Must reside in the United States
- Visa sponsorship not available
- Ability to travel up to 10%
