Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience
  • Consumer goods food & beverage or mission driven background preferred
  • Proven independent handling of employee relations matters
  • Hands-on performance management experience including reviews calibrations and pay-for-performance
  • Strong manager coaching instincts
  • Ability to broker across L&D Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with SOX-related people process controls
  • Proficiency with HRIS and PM tools
  • PHR SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP a plus
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite Outlook Slack and similar tools
  • Must reside in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship not available
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
