Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations People systems business operations or process improvement in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ year experience using Gemini Claude ChatGPT Copilot or similar platform
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement automations and workflow improvements with understanding of integrations and data flows
- Comfort administering and optimizing HR technology with ability to quickly learn new tools and troubleshoot issues
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with track record of improving data quality and operational reliability
- Excellent project management skills including prioritization stakeholder communication and delivering results on time
- Collaborative service-oriented approach with ability to translate employee and business needs into scalable processes
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality with integrity and compliance mindset
- Ability to actively explore learn and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks

Day to day
- Streamline hiring onboarding employee changes offboarding and recurring HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Design build and maintain automations integrations and workflows across HR tools to reduce friction and improve accuracy
- Own AI system governance documentation monitoring and continuous improvement while serving as a trusted People Team systems expert
- Create clear process documentation SOPs and self-service resources and partner cross-functionally to improve employee experience at scale
