Requirements
- VP+ or C-suite HR leader
- 20+ years managing HR teams and coaching individuals
- Experience in technology or tech-adjacent environments
- Experience in high-growth companies or startups
- Able to commit 12+ hours per month
- Able to work for 24+ months
- Based in North America or Europe
- Comfortable in a changing startup environment

Day to day
- Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the Mento platform and tools
- Support members in setting clear goals, improving leadership, strengthening communication, and solving workplace challenges
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute coaching tools, insights, and empathy to a collaborative coaching community
