Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, employee experience, or a related field, with a focus on onboarding and the employee lifecycle
Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting data and feedback to drive decision-making and improvements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, HRBPs, and other stakeholders
Experience in developing and executing employee engagement and experience initiatives
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in HRIS and employee feedback tools, with the ability to analyze and report on data effectively
A passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture, with a commitment to continuous improvement
What the job involves
Supporting the onboarding journey of new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from their first day through their first 90 days
Serving as the point of contact for new joiner orientations and check-ins, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
Partnering with the Learning & Development (L&D) teams to develop and execute initiatives based on employee feedback, aimed at improving the overall employee lifecycle
Analyzing employee feedback data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing the employee experience
Collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to address any resource gaps or feedback provided by new hires, ensuring that employee needs are met
Developing and implementing initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction
Continuously reviewing and improving the onboarding process and other employee experience programs to align with best practices and feedback
Staying current with trends in employee experience and engagement and bringing innovative ideas to the team
