Who you are
1 to 3 years experience working within the employee lifecycle most beneficially in a generalist type capacity
Formal or informal education in Human Resources principles organizational development or related field

What the job involves
Manage essential People Operations functions including onboarding offboarding employee lifecycle changes data accuracy on the Rippling platform and handling employee inquiries on various topics
Prioritize tasks with a strong sense of urgency and proactively communicate timelines affecting the employee experience to ensure timely completion of all requests
Oversee and optimize operational processes to enhance scalability efficiency and provide a smooth experience for employees throughout their employment lifecycle
Foster ongoing learning knowledge sharing and skill development within the team
Administer culture and engagement initiatives as part of the departmental strategy
Provide mediation support for managers and employees and conduct investigations when necessary
Support organizational DEI initiatives and make recommendations regarding areas of focus and/or improvement based on trends feedback and best practices
Assist with the talent acquisition processes and requisitions from inception to fill including discovery calls with managers recruiting process alignment candidate communications/coordination and negotiations
Administer organizational compensation benefits and leave of absence programs
Support Director in annual open enrollment and serve as a point of contact for employee benefit needs
Administer company payroll process nationally and internationally with the support of International partners
Execute all People Operations responsibilities and tasks expected at an associate level ensuring thorough support and coverage within the team as required
Support the build and implementation of department projects and program builds
Continuously enhance and refine our people policies processes and workflows to boost efficiency and promote a positive employee experience
Develop and implement new people policies processes and workflows in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and specialists ensuring effective solutions across various teams and functions
Support broader strategic programs initiatives and policies by operationalizing them with appropriate tools resources and processes
Serve as a liaison between staff management and business leaders to foster and support transparency communication and a culture inline with MSR values
