Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a high-growth tech startup environment
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across all 50 states
Experience in administering leaves and managing the onboarding and offboarding processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Empathetic and approachable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related tools
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

What the job involves
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, fostering a positive work environment.
Administer various types of employee leaves and stay updated on state and federal regulations for compliance.
Assist in daily HR operations, maintaining accurate records and streamlining processes.
Ensure company policies comply with employment laws across all 50 states.
Maintain and organize HR documentation including employee records and benefits information.
