Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience spanning HR operations and HR generalist responsibilities
- Ability to partner with leaders and employees across multiple functions
- Hands-on AI fluency using Claude or ChatGPT for reporting automation and workflows
- Experience designing and implementing scalable HR processes in fast-growing ambiguous environments
- Strong experience supporting global HR functions with U.S. required and Europe preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems with Rippling and Greenhouse preferred
- Strong analytical skills with HR data reporting dashboards and storytelling
- Solid understanding of performance management employee relations and compensation planning
- Strong knowledge of HR laws regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build trust
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proactive solutions-oriented mindset with a bias toward action
- Track record of driving process improvements and workflow optimization
- Ability to navigate challenging nuanced situations with tact and sound judgment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced fully remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred

Day to day
- Serve as the operational backbone and strategic partner to the Chief People Officer, owning the systems and workflows that power people programs.
- Lead HR operations across the employee lifecycle, improving onboarding offboarding promotions transfers leaves and employee data accuracy.
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations compensation guidance performance management and career development while driving scalable process improvements.
