Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience spanning HR operations and HR generalist responsibilities
  • Ability to partner with leaders and employees across multiple functions
  • Hands-on AI fluency using Claude or ChatGPT for reporting automation and workflows
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable HR processes in fast-growing ambiguous environments
  • Strong experience supporting global HR functions with U.S. required and Europe preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems with Rippling and Greenhouse preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with HR data reporting dashboards and storytelling
  • Solid understanding of performance management employee relations and compensation planning
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build trust
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive solutions-oriented mindset with a bias toward action
  • Track record of driving process improvements and workflow optimization
  • Ability to navigate challenging nuanced situations with tact and sound judgment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced fully remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred

Day to day

  • Serve as the operational backbone and strategic partner to the Chief People Officer, owning the systems and workflows that power people programs.
  • Lead HR operations across the employee lifecycle, improving onboarding offboarding promotions transfers leaves and employee data accuracy.
  • Advise managers and employees on employee relations compensation guidance performance management and career development while driving scalable process improvements.
