Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent professional experience
  • 5–7+ years of U.S. payroll experience including multi-state payroll
  • Experience collaborating with a third-party payroll processing partner
  • Proficiency using Dayforce for payroll data management
  • Knowledge of federal state and local payroll tax rules
  • Strong auditing and reconciliation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel including pivots and vlookup or index-match
  • High level of accuracy confidentiality and discretion
  • CPP or FPC certification

Day to day

  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll operations in Dayforce in partnership with a third-party payroll provider.
  • Validate payroll inputs such as compensation changes hours PTO bonuses commissions deductions and retroactive adjustments, then reconcile payroll and tax data with precision.
  • Support reporting compliance audits employee payroll questions and compensation administration while partnering closely with Finance People and Benefits teams.
