Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent professional experience
- 5–7+ years of U.S. payroll experience including multi-state payroll
- Experience collaborating with a third-party payroll processing partner
- Proficiency using Dayforce for payroll data management
- Knowledge of federal state and local payroll tax rules
- Strong auditing and reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in Excel including pivots and vlookup or index-match
- High level of accuracy confidentiality and discretion
- CPP or FPC certification

Day to day
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll operations in Dayforce in partnership with a third-party payroll provider.
- Validate payroll inputs such as compensation changes hours PTO bonuses commissions deductions and retroactive adjustments, then reconcile payroll and tax data with precision.
- Support reporting compliance audits employee payroll questions and compensation administration while partnering closely with Finance People and Benefits teams.
