Who you are
Successful HR administration and employee relations experience
Fluent English speaking and writing skills
Experience with recruitment, employee relations, compensation/benefits, and staff development
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
CIPD certification, Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Knowledge of UK employment laws, immigration practices, and HRIS systems
Desirables
Experience in a global tech environment
Knowledge of additional European HR practices
Additional language skills (Spanish, Dutch, French)
What the job involves
Provide HR support to managers, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, learning and development, and recruitment best practices
Support onboarding and offboarding activities, advising on policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with GDPR, pre-employment screening, and labor practices while partnering with leaders to foster a strong company culture
