Who you are

  • Successful HR administration and employee relations experience
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills
  • Experience with recruitment, employee relations, compensation/benefits, and staff development
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • CIPD certification, Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws, immigration practices, and HRIS systems

Desirables

  • Experience in a global tech environment
  • Knowledge of additional European HR practices
  • Additional language skills (Spanish, Dutch, French)



What the job involves

  • Provide HR support to managers, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, learning and development, and recruitment best practices
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, advising on policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, pre-employment screening, and labor practices while partnering with leaders to foster a strong company culture
