Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms preferably HiBob and/or BambooHR
- Experience working for technology companies in a fully remote global environment
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of maintaining accurate employee records
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear professional communication skills both written and verbal
- Comfort working with sensitive and confidential employee data
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams like IT Finance and Payroll

Day to day
- Serve as the primary operational HR contact for assigned client groups and handle employee inquiries across People channels
- Run employee lifecycle processes end-to-end while coordinating with cross-functional partners
- Support HRIS data migration by auditing cleaning and validating employee data and completing QA tasks
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate compliant employee records while supporting People program rollouts
