Remote People Operations Specialist Job in Seattle, WA MCG Health

Who you are

• At least 4 to 6 Years of professional experience in People Operations or Human Resources function
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office suite
• Experience with Oracle HCM Preferred
• Experience managing immigration cases

• Proactively identify HR solutions that align with business needs and drive organizational effectiveness
• Partner closely with the people team and cross-functional stakeholders to implement and continuously refine people operational processes and services with a focus on scalability, simplicity, and employee experience
• Serve as a consultant and trusted advisor on all HR matters including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies
• Leverage people technology tools to create automations and efficiencies in day-to-day processes
• Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to provide meaningful insights to management
