What the job involves
Developing a people plan which reflects talent development and resourcing engagement and organisational development interventions which deliver business unit and corporate objectives
Monitoring key performance metrics and identifying trends providing insight based on data and taking actions to improve performance
Developing relationships and working closely with Trade Unions
Working in collaboration with the Recruitment L&D and Rewards teams to embed fit for purpose initiatives
Line managing and developing a HR Manager
Coaching line managers to improve people management and improve performance of their team
Designing developing and delivering change programmes required to meet and exceed customer expectations (mobilisation organisational restructuring etc.)
Embedding the inclusion agenda at Business Unit level
