Who you are

  • A bachelor degree in HR or a related field
  • Up to 2 years of experience in HR handling support tickets and monitoring a ticketing system queue
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in employee-facing communication
  • High level of service orientation and a strong desire to help others
  • Stellar attention to detail time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively and building trusted relationships
  • Experience using tools like Jira Service Management Google Workspace Confluence and Workday

What the job involves

  • Monitor an HR support ticketing system queue responding to employee inquiries and triaging tickets to the correct teams to provide an outstanding employee experience
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions around People Services i.e. benefits payroll and other People programs
  • Leverage existing documentation and collaborate within the People Team to address open tickets promptly and accurately prioritizing the employee experience
  • Handle basic People Team administrative tasks i.e. Form I-9s employment verification requests etc.
  • Maintain documentation of processes and workflows identifying any gaps and updating them as needed
