  • Proven end-to-end implementation of AI-enabled people tools
  • Deep hands-on expertise in HiBob workflow configuration permissions lifecycle automation compensation cycles and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of workforce planning compensation headcount forecasting talent management and org design
  • Experience designing and managing integrations across HR tech stacks including APIs middleware data mapping and reconciliation
  • Advanced reporting and data modeling skills with strong data integrity focus
  • Experience with HR systems governance including SOX GDPR CCPA audit support access management and data quality standards
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically with hands-on configuration testing troubleshooting and stakeholder enablement
