Remote Performance Marketing Analyst Job in UK Twinkl Educational Publishing

Who you are

• At least 2 years experience as a Marketing Data Analyst in an eComm or online subscription-based business
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and all key performance indicators
• Strong understanding of KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CLV, LTV etc
• Strong background in analysing large datasets, identifying trends and making data-driven decisions
• Understanding of SEO principles and how they align with paid marketing strategies
• Proficiency working with SQL (MySQL, BigQuery) and/or Python and has experience with any visualisation tool (we currently use Tableau)
• Able to prioritise and work with deadlines
• Strong ability to communicate insights and strategies to stakeholders and team members
• Comfortable with making decisions and strategic calls
• Wants to continue acquiring new skills and technologies to solve problems
