Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years supporting federal contracting operations personnel security contractor onboarding HR operations or compliance administration
- Familiarity with federal contractor onboarding and government security requirements
- Working knowledge of personnel security processes including clearance coordination and access management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint and Teams
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Experience using collaboration and tracking tools such as SharePoint Airtable Adobe Acrobat or related platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams

Day to day
- Coordinate end-to-end contractor onboarding for federal programs and ensure each hire is prepared for access credentials equipment and training before start dates
- Review resumes personnel documents and security paperwork with precision to confirm labor category fit and customer compliance
- Support personnel security operations by tracking clearances reinvestigations visit requests and related documentation while handling sensitive information discreetly
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and government platforms and partner closely with recruiters program leaders security teams and federal stakeholders
