Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3–5 years supporting federal contracting operations personnel security contractor onboarding HR operations or compliance administration
  • Familiarity with federal contractor onboarding and government security requirements
  • Working knowledge of personnel security processes including clearance coordination and access management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint and Teams
  • Experience handling sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
  • Experience using collaboration and tracking tools such as SharePoint Airtable Adobe Acrobat or related platforms
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams

Day to day

  • Coordinate end-to-end contractor onboarding for federal programs and ensure each hire is prepared for access credentials equipment and training before start dates
  • Review resumes personnel documents and security paperwork with precision to confirm labor category fit and customer compliance
  • Support personnel security operations by tracking clearances reinvestigations visit requests and related documentation while handling sensitive information discreetly
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and government platforms and partner closely with recruiters program leaders security teams and federal stakeholders
