  • Strong knowledge of PFI contracts and estates maintenance.
  • Experience in asset management and SFG20 industry standards.
  • Understanding of CDM regulations for maintenance and project works.
  • Technical qualifications in engineering disciplines.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to represent Mitie effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for reports, tracking, and presentations.
  • Excellent analytical skills.



What the job involves

  • Lead and manage technical elements of PFI Handback activities.
  • Conduct project management, technical audits, and ensure compliance with contract obligations and Mitie's standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to Mitie LGE Accounts and Operations Teams.
