Strong knowledge of PFI contracts and estates maintenance.
Experience in asset management and SFG20 industry standards.
Understanding of CDM regulations for maintenance and project works.
Technical qualifications in engineering disciplines.
Proactive and flexible attitude with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer focus and ability to represent Mitie effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office for reports, tracking, and presentations.
Excellent analytical skills.
What the job involves
Lead and manage technical elements of PFI Handback activities.
Conduct project management, technical audits, and ensure compliance with contract obligations and Mitie's standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to Mitie LGE Accounts and Operations Teams.
