- Strong customer focus and ability to represent Mitie effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reports, tracking, and presentations.

- Lead and manage technical elements of PFI Handback activities.
- Conduct project management, technical audits, and ensure compliance with contract obligations and Mitie's standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to Mitie LGE Accounts and Operations Teams.
