- Strong knowledge of PFI contracts and estates maintenance.
- Experience in asset management and SFG20 industry standards.
- Understanding of CDM regulations for maintenance and project works.
- Technical qualifications in engineering disciplines.
- Proactive and flexible attitude with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus and ability to represent Mitie effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reports, tracking, and presentations.
- Excellent analytical skills.
Day to day
- Lead and manage technical elements of PFI Handback activities.
- Conduct project management, technical audits, and ensure compliance with contract obligations and Mitie's standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to Mitie LGE Accounts and Operations Teams.
