What the job involves

• Provides business analysis within the framework of the Holman methodology, processes, tools and governance structures
• Captures project business requirements via interviews with users, studying business processes
• Creates and maintains accurate and detailed requirements, scopes of work, functional specifications and associated documentation based on Holman project standards
• Administers the change control process
• Identifies and reports on risks and issues and provides recommendations
• Determines the scope and interfaces to existing systems and maps out related requirements
• Plans the testing based on the requirements/scope, develops test plans, conducts tests according to plan, including coordination of test participants
• Acts as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams and supports a collaborative environment
• Conducts user training
• Works directly with the project team throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivery and implementation of the software solution
• Conducts post project interviews to determine lessons learned and provide recommendations for future improvements
• Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned
