What the job involves
Provides business analysis within the framework of the Holman methodology, processes, tools and governance structures
Captures project business requirements via interviews with users, studying business processes
Creates and maintains accurate and detailed requirements, scopes of work, functional specifications and associated documentation based on Holman project standards
Administers the change control process
Identifies and reports on risks and issues and provides recommendations
Determines the scope and interfaces to existing systems and maps out related requirements
Plans the testing based on the requirements/scope, develops test plans, conducts tests according to plan, including coordination of test participants
Acts as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams and supports a collaborative environment
Conducts user training
Works directly with the project team throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivery and implementation of the software solution
Conducts post project interviews to determine lessons learned and provide recommendations for future improvements
Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned
