Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills with depth in at least one language
- Strong grounding in testing across unit integration and contract approaches
- Experience building and running containerised workloads in production
- Experience with IaC such as CloudFormation CDK Terraform or Pulumi
- Experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines
- Experience building tooling or automation other engineers depend on
- Strong communication skills
- Track record working effectively with engineers and stakeholders outside your immediate team

Day to day
- Build the internal tooling and pipelines that help engineering teams build ship and run software efficiently
- Design and implement golden paths that make the right way the easy way for internal users
- Shape developer experience through scaffolding templates automation and CI/CD improvements
- Work hands on across tooling pipelines testing and cloud enabled delivery to improve how teams release software
