Requirements
- Manage CICD Production Release Operations and SRE teams with a continuous production deployment and self-healing mindset
- Build engaged teams via performance management development and engagement activities
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to align IT and business strategies develop roadmaps and support planning
- Establish and manage supplier relationships with shared vendor management and purchasing processes
- Manage capabilities to service levels key performance reporting and standard processes with continuous improvement action plans
- Support the development and consistent use of IT processes and tools across the organization
- At least 8 years of related IT experience with a proven track record in planning managing and delivering information systems and services
- Experience in managing services applications infrastructure teams and projects
- Ability to cope with change and work effectively without complete information
- Superior analytical problem-solving and issue resolution skills with effective communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Computer Science Information Management or related discipline
- Five or more years of direct management of applications or services including cloud-based systems multiple hardware platforms integrated information and communication systems
- GitHub Confluence Jira Azure Web and Mobile knowledge
