Requirements

  • Manage CICD Production Release Operations and SRE teams with a continuous production deployment and self-healing mindset
  • Build engaged teams via performance management development and engagement activities
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to align IT and business strategies develop roadmaps and support planning
  • Establish and manage supplier relationships with shared vendor management and purchasing processes
  • Manage capabilities to service levels key performance reporting and standard processes with continuous improvement action plans
  • Support the development and consistent use of IT processes and tools across the organization
  • At least 8 years of related IT experience with a proven track record in planning managing and delivering information systems and services
  • Experience in managing services applications infrastructure teams and projects
  • Ability to cope with change and work effectively without complete information
  • Superior analytical problem-solving and issue resolution skills with effective communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Computer Science Information Management or related discipline
  • Five or more years of direct management of applications or services including cloud-based systems multiple hardware platforms integrated information and communication systems
  • GitHub Confluence Jira Azure Web and Mobile knowledge
