- Minimum 4 years of customer support experience ideally in iGaming or similar QA experience in iGaming
- Experience with KYC and payment processors
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM tools and interaction documentation
- Strong empathy and attentive listening with tailored solutions
- Excellent time management and flexible availability
- Experience working remotely and independently

- Spanish language skills

Day to day
- Provide daily support to players across iMessage Facebook Messenger Intercom and email, responding promptly and professionally to varied enquiries
- Build deep knowledge of game features events and player activity to deliver accurate helpful and engaging support
- Troubleshoot player issues liaise with internal teams and use CRM and analytics tools to document interactions identify patterns and improve the player experience
