  • Minimum 4 years of customer support experience ideally in iGaming or similar QA experience in iGaming
  • Experience with KYC and payment processors
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and interaction documentation
  • Strong empathy and attentive listening with tailored solutions
  • Excellent time management and flexible availability
  • Experience working remotely and independently

Nice to have

  • Spanish language skills

Day to day

  • Provide daily support to players across iMessage Facebook Messenger Intercom and email, responding promptly and professionally to varied enquiries
  • Build deep knowledge of game features events and player activity to deliver accurate helpful and engaging support
  • Troubleshoot player issues liaise with internal teams and use CRM and analytics tools to document interactions identify patterns and improve the player experience
