Requirements
- Experienced NX user with strong 3D Modelling skills
- Knowledgeable in NX2007+ Series
- Experienced Teamcenter user with familiarity in Basic Administration, Structure Manager, Workflows
- Previous experience in user support and software deployments
- Quick and effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Fully competent in core IT skills
- Flexible to work extended hours and out-of-hours support
Nice to have
- Drafting, Surfacing, CAM
- Knowledge of Teamcenter 12+
Day to day
- Support Vehicle Design, Aerodynamics and Manufacturing
- Triage incidents and resolve for CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM and Manufacturing Systems
- At elbow support where required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities
- Work with vendors and their support teams
- Escalate major incidents
- Develop and update technical documentation
- Respond and resolve tickets within agreed business SLA
