- DOT experience a plus but not required
- Organizational skills and detail-oriented mentality

- Knowledge of payroll benefits policy human resources and employment law

What the job involves
- Handling employee relations issues and onboarding/offboarding in UKG.
- Updating systems, conducting drug screens, handling record-keeping, and preparing documents.
- Managing recruitment tasks like scheduling, logistics for new hires, and creating staff newsletters.
- Processing payroll functions, answering handbook questions, and troubleshooting WFM issues.
- Handling administrative duties like maintaining spreadsheets, preparing permit applications, and paying invoices.
- Managing benefits, including LOA follow-ups, court order benefit forms, and billing reconciliation.
