Who you are
- Demonstrable experience in policy writing
- Proven ability in successfully producing clinical and/or operational protocols & policies would be desirable
- Experience of writing policies within a healthcare organisation would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and time management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with electronic document management systems
- Able to work independently and co-ordinate workload
- High standards of quality and consistency
- Excellent proof-reading skills
- Ability to Identify and address process and product quality gaps
What the job involves
- Writing and producing clinical and operational policies
- Producing high-quality clinical documents, including clinical protocols and case studies
- Using templates to ensure quality and consistency
- Performing reviews and quality checks of other policy documents to ensure compliance with document standards and guidelines
- Following policies through to ratification by the Clinical Governance Team
- Providing a weekly update on progress during the weekly SMT Meetings
