Requirements
- Significant experience in senior delivery roles such as Senior Project Manager Programme Manager Portfolio Manager or Delivery Lead
- Proven ability to operate independently in a lean team with both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery
- Experience working with senior leaders sponsors IT teams vendors and business stakeholders across multiple functions
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence challenge and build trust at all levels
- Strong planning prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing ambiguity conflict and competing demands
- Highly organised pragmatic and delivery-focused
- Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2 PMP Agile MSP or MoP are beneficial but not essential

Day to day
- Bring structure and focus to the UK change portfolio by creating clear visibility and practical governance.
- Lead one or two priority projects hands-on, managing plans, risks, issues, stakeholders and delivery outcomes.
- Work closely with senior leaders, business sponsors, BAs and IT teams to remove blockers, manage dependencies and keep change moving.
