  • Experience in building compelling user-experiences, especially as it relates to taking a wealth of data from 'noise' into meaning
  • Proficient in Figma for designing and prototyping user interfaces, with a strong portfolio that showcases your experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Familiarity with GIS data is a plus
  • Familiarity with the property ecosystem (insurance, contractors, lenders, real estate agents, etc.) is a plus
  • 5-7 years of experience in human-centered product/UX/UI design.

Day to day

  • Bring a 0 to 1 mindset to building the Arturo platform
  • Conduct research to build an intuitive and functional product with human-centered design
  • Iterate on user interface design and align stakeholders for the best user decisions
  • Participate in the product process, integrating value signals from the market, customers, and marketing/sales
  • Work closely with the product team to turn value signals into essential requirements for a competitive roadmap.
