What the job involves

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate, integrating with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications as needed.
• Create and manage chatbots using Power Virtual Agents to improve customer service and internal communication.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices and organizational standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to effectively use Power Platform solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high availability and performance of Power Platform solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments and features in Microsoft Power Platform, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate.
• Document solutions, including design, configuration, and user guides, to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
