  • Experience in system administration and implementation from AIX 6.1 to 7.3
  • Ability to perform HACMP failover and root cause analysis
  • Proficient in shell scripting for system admin tasks and knowledgeable in ITIL Agile Service Management fundamentals

Day to day

  • Provide IBM AIX & IBMi operational and project support within a managed services environment
  • Assist in design and delivery systems administration and operational tasks
  • Participate in projects and create maintain quality documentation based on best industry practices
  • Contribute to teamwork and continuous improvements
